Service return/cancellation and refund policy

1. Conditions apply

With every product we offer, you get a free trial that allows you to test it thoroughly before deciding to buy. We encourage you to check and try it out, this will avoid some unnecessary confusion for you. When you decide to buy a product, it means you accept all the benefits and disadvantages that the product brings. We do not make cancellations or refunds when customers think the product does not meet your expectations. Please research and select packages when deciding to register to purchase. When you need to return a service, please provide complete information related to the service so that we can check and assist you in returning it as quickly as possible.

2. Conditions for returning/cancelling the service

Buyer agrees that service return/cancellation and refund can only be requested in the following cases: – The buyer paid but did not receive the service. – Users who cancel service on a day of the month will be charged the end of that month and start free from the next month. – The service does not match the information in the registration order. All requests to return/cancel services and refunds must be sent to thinklabs is customer care email hotro@clickee.ai. We will carefully review each Buyer is return/cancellation and refund request and reserve the right to make a final decision on such request based on the provisions set forth above and in accordance with the Terms of Service.

3. Do not change your purchasing intention

Except as mentioned in this Return/Cancellation of Services and Refund Policy, returns/cancellations of Services due to the Buyer changing their intention to purchase the service will not be accepted.

4. Service return/cancellation fees

Free of charge, if the buyer complies with the provisions of this Return/Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Refund for Return Service

We will only refund the Buyer once we have withdrawn the service. Depending on the circumstances, refunds will be credited to the Buyer’s nominated credit card/bank account. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide bank account information to receive a refund. Refund time is within 14 days from the date we accept your refund. We are not responsible for refunding money in case the user discloses account information for third parties to use.

6. Self-renewal policy

Users register as a subscription, the system automatically renews the service without asking the user.
