3.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the CLICKEE platform and any related services, including but not limited to software, content, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3.2. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the CLICKEE platform or related services without our prior written authorization.

4.2. You may terminate your account and discontinue use of the CLICKEE Services at any time, subject to compliance with any outstanding obligations.
